Spicy Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup flour (all-purpose or gluten-free)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Charlieâs Saucery Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter until they are evenly coated.
4. Arrange the coated cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and the coating is crispy.
6. While the cauliflower is baking, mix together Charlieâs Saucery Hot Sauce and melted butter or oil in a small bowl.
7. Once the cauliflower is done, remove it from the oven and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
8. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the cauliflower and toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
9. Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.
